Julie Devine, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (Maryland LC5662), graduated from Prescott College in 2009 with a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Equine Assisted Mental Health. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Biology from Kenyon College in 2005.

Since 2007, she has worked in St. Mary's County for various organizations including Lone Spirit Counseling, The Center For Children, Tri County Youth Services Bureau, and the St. Mary's County School System providing therapy to children, adults, and families. Currently she works with Jacqui Grantland LCPC at Inner Peace Therapeutic Services LLC in Lexington Park, MD.

Julie began training in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy with EAGALA in 2007 and has been an EAGALA certified mental health professional since 2011. She maintains her certification through continuing education courses.
